04/19/08 - Dear Mr. Azzouz - My Opinions Have Changed
My Fellow Americans,
Kevin Azzouz (Veranda Partners), and Bogin, Munns, and Munns, "attempted" to destroy my life with a malicious and frivilous SLAPP Suit filed against me in March 2007.
After a year and a half of frivilous legal filings, it is apparent that the Constitution of the United States and the State of Florida does prevail.
Now.....How do we determine damages?

AKERMAN SENTERFITT WITHDRAWS FROM SLANDER CASE
06/02/2008 - In a surprise move last week, Attorneys with Akerman Senterfitt representing Veranda Partners withdrew from handling the Slander case citing conditions existed that were confidential. The Plaintiff, Veranda Partners, now has 30 days to obtain new counsel. If he fired Bogin, Munns and Munns, and now Akerman Senterfitt has withdrawn -- Who will he get now willing to put their reputation on the line to defend this frivilous and malicious legal action?

IS THIS JUST ANOTHER STALL TACTIC?
02/2008 - Akermann-Senterfitt Attorney Joe Foster, the new attorney for Veranda Partners, has filed a new motion in the Veranda Partners vs. Giles Slander case, a “Motion For Leave”.
Now I have to say, that's a new one on me….....(Click HERE For the Rest of the Story)

3/11/08 - Motion For Leave To Amend Complaint
I think this means they changed the suit from Slander to Defamation. Guess they finally figured out what the Sentinel already knew. It wasn't Slander to start with.

BOLANOVICH LEAVES LAWFIRM AND BOGIN, MUNNS, AND MUNNS WITHDRAWS FROM SLANDER LAWSUIT
After nine months of aggressive legal filings and shortly after the "Dog Ate My Homework" blunder, John Bolanovich withdrew as counsel for Veranda Partners in the Slander lawsuit, Veranda Partners LLC vs Giles. Why a partner in such a large and prestigious lawfirm would mysteriously withdraw from such a high profile case and then leave the lawfirm does raise a lot of questions.
John Bolanovich and Bogin, Munns & Munns both offered some strange excuses for getting out of this case.
Bolanovich told the court he had moved on to another law firm, and his new job doesn't focus on this type of litigation. That seems kind of funny, since his bio at his new firm says that he does commercial litigation, and he even seems to note this case as one of his accomplishments! (although he doesn’t explicitly name it).
Rulon Munns said this week that his firm also asked to be released from the case because it doesn't have another attorney on staff that focuses on slander suits.
Indeed, you need a specialist to produce this masterpiece and this brilliance.
I spoke to Kevin Azzouz a few months ago, and he said that he would be firing his lawyers on this case. I believe Mr. Azzouz more than I believe his lawyers.
What I suspect really happened is that Veranda Partners finally realized that its lawyers made it look bad by filing this case, and they told them that they were all through. Now the challenge is for Veranda Partners to find a law firm willing to destroy its reputation by taking this suit.
Or they could just do the right thing and drop their claims against me.

JOE SEEBACH'S AFFIDAVIT IN OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT - FILED 09/17/07
Shortly after my attorneys filed the above Motion For Summary Judgement, along with a Motion For Sanctions, BMM filed the above Affidavit in Opposition to the Summary Judgement. It seems BMM had failed to answer the Request for Admissions on time and rushed to get this in. This affidavit also raises a lot of questions.
- If Veranda Partners does not have a controling interest in the Metrowest Master Association, then how do they hire all those Police Officers to Patrol Metrowest?
- If the Master Association and Veranda Partners do not have any common officers, what is Joe Seebach?
It surprises me first, that Mr. Seebach would sign such an affidavit, but even more that BMM would file it in Circuit Court, knowing it to be false. Am I missing something here? Read it for yourself and form your own opinion.
02/05/08 KEVIN AZZOUZ FILES AFFIDAVIT IN SLANDER CASE
Mr. Azzouz states that "Veranda Partners did not uproot and replant the Oak Trees referenced on the Plaintiff's website and is not responsible for any resulting costs to the Metrowest Homeowners."
Joseph Foster with Akerman Senterfitt has taken over as counsel for Veranda Partners in the Slander Lawsuit. The November MSJ hearing that was postponed till January 3rd, has again been postponed.

I'M DONE WITH FOX SWITCHING TO CNN
FOX does FEW or NO Articles on Metrowest, Kevin Azzouz, or Bogin, Munns, and Munns. Why is that? I think advertising dollars have a lot to do with it.
FOX did not show the President's speech and now printed a false advertisement about CNN covering the TEA Party. Their true colors are showing.
