It appears to me this motion is meant to stop the judge from hearing our “Motion For Summary Judgement” which is before the court, until they can “amend the complaint” in the case.

It also appears to me, that Mr. Azzouz’s new attorneys have finally convinced Mr. Azzouz that he has no case as it was originally filed a year ago, and now they need to come up with something else to keep the case going.

I’m sure they will find something on this website to complain about now, maybe even this article. If the first article hurt his feelings, I’m sure what is being written now will keep him up at night.

When is all this nonsense going to stop?

Most “frivolous” court actions stop either when the clients run out of money, or it becomes apparent, they are wasting their money.

Mr. Azzouz apparently has lots of money to waste, and a big, hungry lawfirm, with a lot of mouths to feed, will sacrifice their principles if a client has enough money to spend.

After 9 hearings and 145 documents filed, they surely can find something I said that was wrong.

The date and time will be announced, where 50-75 Veteran Bikers will join me to protest this extreme abuse of our Constitutional Rights, guaranteed by the Constitution. This protest is to remind us all of our rights as American citizens, and the price that many have paid to defend those rights, so that you and I may enjoy them.
